Non-compliance with any of these restrictions and personal responsibilities will lead to you being asked to leave the event and no refund will be forthcoming.IMPORTANTIf for any reason on the lead up to the Event you:- feel unwell and are going to be tested for COVID- Are awaiting the results of a COVID test- have been requested to, or are self-isolating for any reason by NSW Health Department Public Health DirectivePlease inform us prior to the event start time and we will transfer your booking to the following month or months depending on your situation.1) Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to event commencing so we can get all attendees into the event on time2) Please follow the NSW Health Guidelines in place on the event date on Social Distancing and wearing of face masks.3) Do Not have physical contact with another attendee or patron at any time4) Please have your smartphone available with the camera function on and use the Venue QR code to check-in to the venue6) Once you have checked-in to the venue you will be directed to our Event Check-in area where your name will be marked off our attendee list.7) Our SHBC COVID Marshalls will be at the venue registration area, in addition to the venue staff, to assist all attendees8) All meals will be served by the venue staff and will be cleared once the meal aspect of the event is over.9) Mingling and networking is permitted (under the current NSW Health guidelines for this event).With these Restrictions & Personal Responsibilities in place we have everyone's safety in mind and if everybody plays their part, then we can provide the safest possible environment we can and we thank you for your adherence and care for other businesses.You can find more information about the most current rules at https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19/stay-safe/rulesWhat happens if this event is moved On Line after Ive bought a ticket? During 2020-21 the Chamber stayed flexible and successfully pivoted our regular networking events to online format during the lockdown periods. Should venue restrictions require us to move this event from in-person to online format, all tickets will automatically be moved to the online event and you will be sent advice of the change together with links to the online event. Our online format events provide the same value to attendees and are almost the same format as in-person (e.g. Lots of breakout rooms and networking time, guest speakers etc). Food and beverage service is not included in our online event format, therefore where we adjust the ticket pricing for this event to allow for that cost difference, we will issue a credit to you for the difference between the original ticket price paid and the new ticket price automatically.
