Yamantaka Meditation

Yamantaka is the wrathful emanation of Manjushri, the Buddha of Wisdom. Having the the opportunity to practise Yamantaka is extremely rare. It is even more extraordinary to be able to receive regular guidance from such an experienced practitioner as Les, who has received extensive teachings from Geshe Acharya Thubten Loden, and has completed and lead numerous close retreats over many years. Students practising Yamantaka must have a sound basis in the study and meditations of the Path to Enlightenment, and a deep commitment to their Buddhist practice. Each class includes the practice of the Yamantaka sadhana, guided meditation and instruction. The teachings are drawn from Venerable Geshe Acharya Thubten Lodens extensive commentary on the Yamantaka practice, Ocean of Indivisible Method and Wisdom. Registration for this class is not necessary. However, you must have received Solitary Hero Yamantaka empowerment in the Gelug tradition in order to attend.
